Time to Propose New Members

March 1 is the deadline to nominate new members for Shaker Lakes Garden Club. A candidate must be proposed by a member who has been an Active Member for two years and seconded by three other members, all of whom know her personally. Associate and Provisional Members may write one seconding letter annually.
