Charitable Projects Update

Over half of our membership has already given to SLGC’s Charitable Projects 2021-22 fund or to the Grosscup Scholarship fund and we thank you for your generosity. If you have yet to contribute, please send in your donation to Jane Ellison soon!
The committee will meet in mid-February and they need proposals for review! Help to maintain SLGC’s stalwart collaboration with local community projects and education. Please submit a proposal for a project you think is worthy of the club’s financial support that aligns with our mission. Projects should promote environmental protections, conservation, education, horticulture and gardening.
With your donations and your project proposal connections, we can make a positive impact in many organizations. Roughly 17k was used to fund worthy community projects last year, but we need NEW ideas and your generous donations to support them. Proposals should be mailed to Jane, or electronically mailed to Jane Ellison AND Laurel Stack. The proposal form is on the SLGC website under the Charitable Projects tab.
