TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27

10:00 a.m. - Business meeting followed by the Irishtown Bend Park LAND project team who will give our club a tour of the space and a history of the land and how the renovated 23 acre waterfront park will connect vital areas in Cleveland such as Ohio City, the Flats and Downtown. Enjoy lunch on Merwin's Wharf afterwards weather permitting!

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18

11:30 a.m. - Joint meeting with the Garden Club of Cleveland

Lunch and Speaker: Francoise Weeks, Internationally renowned floral designer and teacher.

Location: Stillwater Place, The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

10:00 a.m. - Business meeting followed by speaker Ann Talarek. Ann is the Chief Horticulturist at Fallingwater in Millcreek, PA. Frank Lloyd Wright designed this home in the 1930's over a waterfall and Ann will speak about the challenges of selecting and cultivating plants for this unique landscape.

TUESDAY, APRIL 25

11:00 a.m. - We will have a private tour and presentation by Tom Herbruck, owner of Tom's Foolery Distillery, maker of craft Bourbon, Rye, Applejack and Gin, whose flavors bear the mark of NE Ohio's seasons. Tom doesn't normally give tours of his rustic production facility, but he has invited us to see behind the scenes how his team makes these nationally recognized fine spirits. Tom is the nephew of our own Dozie Herbruck.
