Irishtown Bend was once the home of a 19th century Irish shantytown on the banks of the Cuyahoga River. Come and meet the design team who will show our group their 21st century plans to create a beautiful 23 acre waterfront park in this under-utilized land with a gorgeous view of the Cleveland skyline. Enjoy lunch on Merwin’s Wharf afterwards, weather permitting!
Location: Irishtown Bend Park, Cleveland; suggested parking at Merwin's Wharf
Wear sturdy shoes since we will be walking around uneven terrain during our tour of the site.
