It is time for Lesser Celandine to emerge. While your first reaction may be delight in seeing pretty yellow flowers in your lawns or garden beds, these are NOT your friends. It is a stealthy, relentless, and almost invincible invasive which needs immediate and equally relentless attention. Please read and follow the suggestions so we are not ALL invaded by it and feeling unfriendly toward those who do nothing, allowing it to spread into our yards. And please pass this on to anyone who needs to know about it.
Do not confuse Lesser Celandine with Marsh Marigold, a GOOD PLANT.
