She lived in France and Japan and takes influence from their extraordinary gardens. Elane and her husband Bill and their two children live in a historic home in Shaker Heights.  Their beautiful garden was included in the Shaker Heights Historical Society Garden Tour in 2018.  Elane serves on the Board of Trustees for the Shaker Charitable Trust and is active in the Cleveland Skating Club.

Cindy is new to Northeast Ohio but has deep roots here due to her marriage to Andy Elliott, son of SLGC former President, Dotty Elliott.  She has worked for over forty years in the corporate world, raised two children and still managed to design and cultivate three gardens.  Cindy has been and is deeply engaged with her natural world and has created special spaces in each of her three home environments.  Her passion grew with her from an early age when she helped her family with their small orchard, vegetable gardens and perennial and annual beds.

Meg Hunter
